Security Policy

Protecting Transactions by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)

As part of the Fantaztic Learning Store's efforts to guarantee the security of your credit information shared online when you purchase something from us, we use a Secure Socket Layer (a kind of encrypted key). This global e-commerce standard maintains the integrity and privacy of financial transaction communications between you and us. The e-commerce transaction portion of the Fantaztic Learning Store is operated by NOVA, a secure credit card processor.

Payment Options

You can order online, by phone (403-394-0269), or by mail.  We accept the following payment options:

  • Using SSL secure site to ensure your safety, we accept the following:

  • Money Orders (payable to Fantaztic Learning Store, required prior to shipping)
  • Purchase Orders (from public institutions)
  • Cheques (payable to Fantaztic Learning Store, required prior to shipping)

Shipping

Your order will be processed within 2 business days and will be shipped directly to the shipping address you provide. The arrival of your order depends on the availability of the item/s you order, which shipping method you choose and where you are located.  We will make every effort to ensure your order arrives in an efficient manner. If the items you selected are on order, it may take 6-21 business days to arrive.

Shipping charges for Canada and the US are as follows (in Canadian currency - $):

10% for all orders (except on oversized items - these are noted in the online catalog (http://www.fantazticcatalog.com/) .  Minimum shipping charge is $12.95 (due to the nature of our products and the fact that orders are at times shipped directly from our distributors).

Note: We may not stock all the items shown on the website in our Canadian warehouse. Therefore, many of our products are shipped directly from our international distributors. As you have probably noticed, this allows us to offer more competitive pricing.  Therefore, if the items you order are from our international distributors, please allow for the delivery times listed below. 

*If an item is backordered, we will notify you and you can decide how to proceed (ship separately or all at once when item arrives).  Approximate times do not reflect backordered products, delays at border crossings, or holidays.  We make every effort to ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.

If the box and/or the item inside has been damaged during transport, please have the delivery person record the damages.  Contact us immediately so we can fix the situation.

US Orders: Your order may be subject to duties and taxes.  Please note that you will be responsible for these charges (if applicable).

Exchange Rate

All items shown online are in CDN$. 

Not from Canada, no problem!  Your purchase will be charged to your credit card in Canadian Dollars.  Please note that in some cases international orders are subject to duty and taxes (depending on your country's customs and/or tariffs agreements). It is the responsibility of the customer to cover these costs should they be incurred.

Returns/Exchanges

We do not offer refunds.  Exchanges are accepted on damaged or defective merchandise if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.  Please contact us immediately to report the damages (403-394-0269).
